The surgery is old dated and in a terrible need of decorating. The receptionist are rude very rude. The receptionist has no right to ask you why you need an appointment it's hard to get an appointment and when you do you feel like you shouldn't of bothered and are wasting their time. I was with this surgery as a child and came back but are thinking of leaving.

I have been with this Drs for 36 years and have always been happy with the staff and Drs but I have found it hard to get an appointment with a dr when I need one that is the only problem I have

I'm lucky, I rarely need to see a doctor - which is great because if I needed an appt quickly I'd be out of luck.
The double whammy is that my need wasn't urgent - I was happy to schedule for weeks in advance but that wasn't acceptable.
Like many others I work full time and getting to an appt mid morning or afternoon just doesn't work - scheduling would def assist with this.

I have been with Mountbatten House surgery for over thirty years. The receptionists are always helpfull, I have very rarely not been able to get an appointment on the day I phone. The Doctors are superb. Nothing is too much trouble for them, especially Dr Hariram and Dr Freed. Sadly both are now retired. Have nor had an appointment recently, but I'm sure they will be as good. Top marks to all. Jan Webb

A very good medical centre with very helpful and knowledgeable staff. The doctors I have seen are all courteous and polite and always seem like they have plenty of time, even though the appointments are only 10 minutes. I have never been rushed or hurried and I would like to believe that they would always make time if I needed it. Having the dispensary there too and the chemist next door is a bonus
